St. Luke

North from Downtown Raleigh:

Travel north on Six Forks Road. From the intersection of I-540 and Six Forks Road, go 2.4 miles north on Six Forks Road. At this point, there will be a Citco service station on the right. Six Forks Road turns 90 degrees to the left [sign says to NC 98]. DO NOT TURN, but continue straight. The road changes names at this point to Possum Track Road. Go 0.5 miles on Possum Track. You will pass Bayleaf Baptist Church on the right. The road will then split. Stay to left. The road becomes Bayleaf Church Road. St. Luke’s is 0.1 mile on the left.

South from Wake Forest:

Travel south on Falls of the Neuse Road to the intersection of Ravenridge (there is a stoplight at the intersection). Turn right onto Ravenridge Road. Travel 2.7 miles until Ravenridge dead ends at Possum Track Road. Turn left unto Possum Track Road and travel 1.7 miles to the first stop sign. Turn right unto Bayleaf Church Road. St. Luke’s is 0.1 miles on the left.

South from Creedmoor:

Travel south on NC 50 – Creedmoor Road to the intersection with Norwood Road (the first stoplight after you pass NC 98). Turn left unto Norwood and go 2.5 miles until it dead ends at Six Forks Road. Turn left on Six Forks Road and go 0.1 miles. At this point there will be a Citco service station on the right. Six Forks Road turns 90 degrees to the left [sign says to NC 98]. DO NOT TURN, but continue straight. The road changes names at this point to Possum Track Road. Go 0.5 miles on Possum Track. You will pass Bayleaf Baptist Church on the right.
