In case of inclement weather:

1. Check the Parish Website for any program cancellations; (Please note that if you saved it as a favorite on your computer, you should refresh the site.) www.stlukeonline.com.

2. Call the Faith Formation Office for any phone Messages pertaining to cancellations;

3. Always use your best judgment; (Since we only meet once a month, we will make every effort to meet. If the road conditions are unsafe, then we will cancel that night.)

When you arrive at Church, you will need to:

1. Go straight to registration which is in the Gathering Space;

2. Check in, pay for dinner ($3 per person), and get your Name Tags;

3. Proceed to Parish Hall to eat. (Please note that you must have your name tag ON to get your meal.)

4. Please clean up after your household; Garbage can will be located throughout the room.

During the TLC Event:

1. You will be directed to move by those presenting the event;

2. You are strongly encouraged to participate in all activities; (You will find that we will be moving around a lot. Please listen to instructions from the presenter.)

3. If you came hoping to sit for three hours, you will be disappointed, because these events are designed not only to learn, but to actively experience God;

4. If you have an emergency during a TLC event, please inform someone in charge or inform one of our “Event Troubleshooters.”

5. Bathroom breaks will be provided while the group is in transition; remember that we have bathrooms located in the Parish Hall and downstairs (to the right of the main hallway).

6. If you see inappropriate behavior by children, please address it and report it to the Event Troubleshooter; We want to care for our church family and building as loving, engaged, members of the family.

At the end of the night:

1. Please make sure you have your TLC Home Kit;

2. In the event that you go on a night that you have not signed up, your Home Kit should still be waiting for you; (Why? Because you have given us ample time, 3 weeks, to get ready for you. :o)

At Home:
1. Open up the Home Kits and find the Table of Contents;

2. Take small steps as you develop new disciplines for you and/or your Household;

3. Connect with God!
